Everkept makes one kind of gift: something he will use every day, with a message from you that stays with it.

We started with the hardest person to buy for. The grown son who says he is fine. Who has a job, maybe a family of his own, and a habit of telling you everything is under control. He does not need another gift card. He needs to hear, once, that you know what he carries.

So we wrote the card, put it inside the lid of a watch box, and chose a watch with no battery. It only runs while he wears it. It stops when he stops. He will understand.
