Before you order
What does the card say?
It's the printed “To My Grandson” card in the photos. You can read every word of it on the watch page, under “Read what he'll find when he opens it.”
Can I add my own message?
Yes. On the watch page, tick “Gift wrap + your note” above the Add to cart button and write up to 98 characters. We tuck your note in with the watch. The card in the lid stays the printed “To My Grandson” card.
When will it arrive?
Most US orders arrive in 5–10 business days. Each watch is made to order, and you'll get tracking by email when it ships. Standard US shipping is free; FedEx Priority is $14.95 at checkout.
Can I send it straight to him?
Yes. Put his name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Does it need a battery?
No. It's an automatic watch: the motion of his wrist keeps it running. It arrives stopped, which is normal. Give it a few gentle side-to-side shakes, set the time, and put it on. If he leaves it off for a while it stops again, and the same shake-and-set starts it.
Will it fit? Can he get it wet?
The black leather band adjusts to fit wrists from 6.6 to 8.5 inches. It's 3 ATM splash-safe: hand-washing and rain are fine. Take it off to shower or swim.

What if something's not right?
If it arrives damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Not right now. We only ship to US addresses.
