We ship from Florida, USA via USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us.

30 days from delivery, full refund. The product should be in re-sellable condition, but we are not going to be difficult about a bit of dog hair.

Email support@everkeptco.com with your order number. We send you a return label within one business day. You do not need to explain yourself.

Once your return reaches us we refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Send a photo to support@everkeptco.com and we will send a replacement. Do not post it back, keep it or bin it, whichever is easier.

Simplest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
